Where do you ship? Currently, we only ship within the UK.

How long does shipping take? Orders placed for next day delivery before 12pm will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be despatched the following working day.

Orders placed with standard delivery will take 2-4 business days.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

What is your returns / exchange policy? In the unexpected circumstance that you aren't happy with your Quarter by Quarter Planner, you can return your order* within 14 days of the delivery date as long as the item is still in its original, re-saleable condition. Simply email us at hello@duoglobalconsulting.com so we can organise the return for you.

*Please note, the customer will be responsible for postage costs on returns.
